Do you need to sign a contract or commit to a long-term subscription?
No. MySDS® gives you the choice. Monthly or annually, for as long as you choose.
What is the onboarding process like with MySDS®?
Our onboarding process is easy.
  1) You identify your designate who will communicate with the MySDS team (usually EHS, OHS and/or HR personell).
  2) We ask you to outline your organization’s structure as to what folders/ files/ locations/ sub-location you want.
  3) We make it easy for you to upload documents via cloud file sharing services.
  4) We train you and your team.
What is the time required from date of information provided, to date of implementation?
We can typically launch your MySDS® account within a couple of weeks. If you have thousands of SDSs and a complicated file structure, it could take a month or two, including activation and training.
What kind of support does MySDS® provide?
The MySDS team is a phone call or email away.
We are here to help. We encourage client feedback and respond to questions promptly.
What happens to our account if we do not choose to continue?
You can suspend your MySDS® subscription at any time. Your account will be suspended as of that date.

If you change your mind, we can reactivate your account. You would simply have to pay to have all SDSs updated from time of suspension to time of reactivation and your monthly or annual fee requirements.
Is there an App for MySDS®?
MySDS® is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application, that operates just like a downloaded app on your smartphone by visiting the log in URL. You just need access to the internet. 

In the case of power outage or lack of wifi, and for remote workers or those in areas with poor internet access, we have a quick download available 24/7/365. 

We will provide simple instructions to save the website to your smart phone home screen as the MySDS® Logo for 15 second SDS access.

MySDS® was developed and built with the needs of our clients in mind. We are always open to your suggestions. If you can imagine it, and if we don’t already have it, we will try to make it happen.
